2、聚醚二醇

2.2.1.1.2 Polyether Diol

聚醚二醇主要採用聚四氫呋喃醚二醇（PTMEG）。PTMEG為白色醋狀固體，當溫度超過室溫時會變成透明液體。易溶解於醇、酯、酮、芳烴和氯化烴，不溶於脂肪烴和水。當分子量增加時，溶解度會降低。在室溫下，PTMEG都具有吸水性。其吸水性取決於分子量的大小，最高時可吸收2%的水分。羥值54.7-57.5，酸值＜0.1%,水分含量＜2.0% , 粘度（40℃）1225cp。

國外供應商：英威達、BASF、三菱化學、臺灣大連、韓國PTG、台塑旭等公司。

Polyether diol mainly adopts polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG). PTMEG is the white waxy solid, and it will change into the transparent liquid when the temperature exceeds the room temperature. Easily soluble in alcohol, ester, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon and chlorinated hydrocarbon, and insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon and water; when the molecular weight adds, the solubility will reduce. Under the room temperature, PTMEG has the water absorptivity. Its water absorptivity depends on the size of molecular weight, it can absorb 2% moisture at the most. Hydroxyl value: 54.7-57.5; acid value: ＜0.1%; moisture content: ＜2.0%; viscosity （40℃）: 1225cp.

PTMEG在儲運過程中要注意密封，儲存溫度要低於30℃。

2.2.1.1.4 Catalyst and Other Additives

a、催化劑：主要採用有機錫類。

a. Catalyst: it mainly adopts organic tins

b、水解穩定劑：碳化二亞胺類化合物最重要，德國Bayer公司生產的碳化二亞胺類的水解穩定劑商品牌號為Stabaxol－P，外觀呈黃色至棕色片狀晶體和淺黃色粉末兩種，以熔融態進行加工，添加量為成品的0.55％～2.5％。

b. Hydrolytic stabilizing agent: the carbodiimide compound is the most important; the commodity brand of Hydrolytic stabilizing agent of carbodiimide produced by German Bayer Company is Stabaxol－P, and the appearance shows yellow & brown plate crystal and light yellow powder; it is processed with a melting state, and the additive amount is 0.55％～2.5％ of finished product.

c、抗氧劑和光穩定劑：抗氧劑的種類很多，抗氧劑3114，BHT，抗氧劑1010，抗氧劑1076，Tiunvin 770，TPP，TNP，添加量一般在20mg/kg 以下。2－羥基－4－正丁鋅氧基二苯甲酮為紫外光吸收劑。

c. Antioxidizer and light stabilizer: the antioxidizer has many varieties, including antioxidizer 3114, BHT, antioxidizer 1010, antioxidizer 1076, Tiunin 770, TPP, TNP; the additive amount is usually below 20mg/kg. 2-hydroxy-4-n-octaoxybenzophenones is the ultraviolet light absorber

d、抗靜電劑：美國阿莫克公司生長的烷基三甲基氯化銨。

d. Antistatic agent: alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride produced by American Amoco.

e、潤滑劑、增塑劑、阻燃劑等
