氧氣驅動普米克令舒、氨溴索輔治小兒喘憋性肺炎

摘　要：目的：普米克令舒聯合氨溴索氧氣驅動霧化吸入治療小兒喘憋性肺炎的療效。方法：將54例喘憋性肺炎的小兒隨機分為兩組,兩組均在綜合治療基礎上,治療組應用普米克令舒1ml（0.5mg）聯合氨溴索1ml（7.5mg）加入生理鹽水至5ml，以5-6L/min氧氣為動力驅動霧化器聯合霧化吸入治療,療程5-7天，對照組應用地塞米松1mg聯合糜蛋白酶4000u加生理鹽水至5ml霧化吸入,療程同治療組。結果：兩組療效比較，治療組療效好於對照組。療效對治療前後症狀、體征持續時間等參數進行比較.結果治療組縮短喘鳴音及咳嗽持續時間等方面均明顯優於對照組（P〈0.05）。結論：普米克令舒聯合氨溴索氧氣驅動霧化吸入治療小兒喘憋性肺炎,即擴張了支氣管平滑肌，又促進痰液的排出，改善了肺功能，縮短了病程,給藥途徑方便，安全有效，值得臨床應用和推廣。

Pulmicort Respules and Ambroxol Driven by Oxygen for Supplementary Therapy of Asthmatic Suffocating Pneumonia of Children

Abstract: Objective：To study the curative effects of atomizing inhalation of pulmicort respules and ambroxol driven by oxygen on asthmatic suffocating pneumonia in children; Method: Divide 54 cases of asthmatic suffocating pneumonia in children at random into two groups, both of which shall accept comprehensive treatments.For the treatment group, apply 1ml（0.5mg）pulmicort respules and 1ml（7.5mg）ambroxol, which were added into normal sodium until the volume reached 5ml, with 5-6L/min oxygen as driving force to atomizing inhalation.The treatment period was 5-7 days.For the control group, apply 1mg dexamethasone and 4000u chymotrypsin, which were added into normal sodium until the volume reached 5ml.The treatment period was the same with that of the treatment group.Result: Compare the curative effects of two groups, and the curative effective of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Compare such parameters as symptoms, physical signs and duration time, etc before and after treatment.The shortening of wheezing rale and duration time of coughing, etc of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of pulmicort respules of ambroxol atomizing inhalation driven by oxygen enlarged bronchial smooth muscle, pushed the discharge of sputum, improved the pulmonary function and shortened the disease course, with advantages of convenient administration, safety and effectiveness.Therefore, this method was suitable for clinical application and propaganda.
