TDM Series Cocurrent Parallelism Tri- Extrusion Model Press is a new-model plastic cement processing equipment with independent intellectual property right co-developed by our corporation and the National Engineering Center for new model polymerized substance moulding equipment, South China Polytechnic Institute. With their unique features such as high filling, high dispersing, high production, and low energy consumption, this series of machines are widely applied in processing fields like crossblending modification, filling modification, function master batch, glass fine enhancement, special model material, special model material, all kinds of cable material, reaction extrusion, exhaust devolatilization disposal, and power coating. The machines under lesser screw length-diameter ratio possess the blending capacity of double screw extrusion under bigger length-diameter ratio. Wherefore, with the advantages of high performance price ratio and low energy consumption, TDM series tri-extrusion model press have gradually been accepted by double screw users and will surely be one of the first choices in the blending filed in 21st century.

TDM系列三螺杆挤出机的螺杆采用积木式设计，螺纹元件与芯轴之间通过渐开线花键联接，具有较高的扭矩传送能力。三根螺杆成“一”字形排列，深槽螺杆在高转速状态下同向旋转，使物料受到强烈的剪切、挤压、揉捏，使物料更好地均化和分散。相比传统的同向双螺杆挤出机多出一个高剪切区，从而实现了比同类型双螺杆挤出机塑化混炼性能提高一倍的效果。三条螺杆的有效容积较双螺杆有明显增大，因此可实现高产量挤出，生产能力接近相同螺杆直径的双螺杆挤出机的2倍。由于比表面积增大及表面更新速率的提高，排气脱挥效率也得到大幅度提高。
Screws of TDM series Tri- extrusion model press adopt modular design. Screw thread components and shaft centre are connected via involute spline, which enables the machine to possess stronger torque transmitting capacity. Three screws are placed in a line and quirk screw is in homodromy under high rotary speed. Then the materials would be more homogenized and dispersed by intense shorn, extrusion, and kneading. Compared to conventional cocurrent double screw extrusion machine, this model of machines possess one more zone for high shear, which enables it to have a curing blending capacity twice the one conventional machine has. The active volume of tri-screw is much bigger than the one of twin screw. Wherefore, it can realize high production extrusion, and its production capacity approaches twice of the one of double screw extrusion machines with the same crew diameter. Owing to the enlargement of specific surface area and the enhancement of surface turnover rate, the exhaust devolatilization efficiency is increased greatly.

机筒在五轴加工中心上精密加工，内孔和销孔定位准确，精密度高。每节机筒间、机筒与衬套间具有良好的互换性。机筒内衬有整体式硬质合金套，提高了套体的强度，完全克服了拼接衬套接缝处易裂的问题。因此，该机筒具有高强度、高耐磨、高耐蚀等特性。喂料机筒采用独特的喂料口设计，保证了吃料量大、喂料均匀，与整机高产量完全匹配。

Between each knot of machine barrel, and between machine barrels and bushes is favorable exchangeability. Barrel lining is equipped with solid model of hard alloy sheath, which enhances the strength of the sheath body and completely overcomes the splintery problem at the seam crossing between bush splices. Wherefore, this machine barrel possesses characters like high strength, wear resistant, and strong anticorrosion. Stuffer pot adopts unique feeding head design, which ensures the complete matching of large quantity of filler incorporation and uniformity of threading, with high production of the complete machine.

TDM系列三螺杆挤出机传动箱为新型扭矩分配传动装置，输入动力被均匀地分配到三根输出轴上，内部结构为对称布置，箱体受力均匀，保证最长的使用寿命。传动箱箱体在MAZAK卧式加工中心上精密加工，具有很高的定形、定位能力；齿轮系采用优质金属材料，高精度硬齿面磨削加工；箱体内轴承全部为进口产品。优质的金属材料，良好的热处理工艺，高精度的加工设备，充分保证了该传动箱具有运转平稳、承载能力强，噪音低、传动可靠等特点。
Transmission case of TDM series Tri- extrusion model press are new model torque transfer gearing, which can distribute evenly the loading impetus to three output shafts. The internal structure is symmetry and the case body can sustain the stress evenly, ensuring a longest service life. Transmission cases are precisely produced at the WAZAK Horizontal Model Machining Center with a strong ability of figuration and station keeping. Train of wheels adopts high-test metal and is ground finished by hard tooth surface with high precision. The inner bearings of the case body are all imported products.
